Robert Andrew Navar, Esq. was born and raised in El Paso. He returned after law school to build a practice in his hometown and has spent more than a decade appearing in El Paso Municipal Court, all seven Justice of the Peace precincts, the County Courts at Law and the District Courts. That courtroom experience is the foundation of Navar Law, but the idea behind the center is the opposite of a courtroom: most of what families and small businesses need from a lawyer can be finished at a desk, at the clerk’s window, or through an agency filing — if the person doing it knows the rules.
